Hi - the title says it all. I have a custom module where one of the admin links views sensitive order info. Naturually, I want to pull it up in SSL mode - unfortunately, the URL for SSL is a share cert/virtual URL that is different from the site.
Going to any page with this secure URL causes the cookies not to be recognized and the user to be logged out... Is there any way to grab or check against the cookies from the non-secure side?

Different domains means no shared cookies - that's how it is. End of story.
But you might take a look at this kind of simplified Single Sign On solution: http://community.zikula.org/module-Forum-viewtopic-topic-53463.htm
