Is it possible to somehow get pnForms to work on PN .763? I have a module I need to write that makes heavy use of forms, and I got all excited when I read about pnForms in the Wiki. Then I found out it appears to only be in pn8, but unfortunately for a couple reasons I simply can't migrate to pn8 at this time. -

The biggest would be that there isn't an upgrade path to .8 yet since .8 isn't available as a stable version, it isn't even RC or beta at the moment.
You might try the Openstar libraries, I think I saw some forms related stuff in them, but I'm not sure if they are the exact same as there will be in .8.
Just ask in the openstar forums. -

Well migration at this point doesn't matter, as the site is still in development. So theres no data to migrate. "Migrate" was a poor choice of words on my part :)
Actually whats stopping me from moving to pn8 that I use a theme I purchased that runs with Webvida Theme Engine and WTE worked fine in ms1 then stopped working in ms2 for some reason. So I had to go back to .763 -

No, definitively not. It depends all too much on new features in .8.
