I have bought a HTML template from Monstertemplates and changed the PSD file to my needs. Now that the PSD is finished I'm looking for someone to convert this into a Postnuke/Autotheme theme. I already made a sliced version of the PSD (I hope it's correct).

You may get better responce by referencing the templete, including your specifications...
Do you want strict compliance to standards... do you want a tabled templete.. custom layout.. custom blocks... ect...
And, of course sliced images are fine, especially if you want to code parts of the image...

I could refer to the template but it doens't look the same anymore now that I have edited it with PhotoShop. The template original I bought is like this:
