Hi
But I cant find any directory called "Menu" or anything similar in the modules director of PostNuke 0.763
Wheres the menu module? I want to give each link in the menu a special "Menu Link" CSS class which should be easy if I modify user.php, of course I need to find the module first. I have done work on modules before and I know how they work.

That's because the menu isn't a module.
It is as easy as user.php, just get the right file
/includes/blocks/menu.php

Menu is a block, go to Modules>system?/blocks>Main menu
I am not clear what you want to do, though.... All blocks are are part of the module {blocks)... but the blocks are different terminology... blocks are a subset of the blocks module...

Probably give the li's a class, so he can style the ouput for only the menu's
