Is there any anti-spam plugin for PostNuke?
I've been looking for one, but all I've found are for others platforms like WordPress or Movable Type.

I am not aware of one.
spam comes in a variety of flavors and brands. And PN is used in settings where user participation is not just acceptable, but often the whole point. So filtering out some but not all input is not trivial.
Most of the discussion here relates to how to deal with specific kinds of spam in specific modules or functionalities: forums, comments...
Perhaps if you post details about your problem or concerns, you will get some info about specific approaches.
Worth a try, I'd say.
