I have the need to be able to create a block with several selected news stories in an order I choose, which is not necessarily the date it was created or the story ID.
I have found the choose headlines block (from pnaddons), which administratively does EXACTLY what I want. It allows me to select certain news stories from my full universe of news stories and custom order them. However, as it was designed, it only displays the bulleted story title, with a link to the full story. I am not a PHP expert, but I am assuming there is a way to display the story title AND story content in lieu of simply a linked story title. Has anyone done this?
I need to do this in a block:
Story 32 Title
Story 32 Content/Body
Story 25 Title
Story 25 Content/Body
Story 83 Title
Story 83 Content/Body
