Hello all,
I'm looking for some sort of module that will allow new users to in essence fill out a membership application.
This is being used for a game guild website and we want to somewhat automate the application process to the guild, and i'm looking to see if some sort of solution for this exists already before I go writing my own.

Formicula. Pagesetter which is more complex and has a steeper learning curve.
