I have and looked and tried adjusting the CSS. Is there a way to change the title color. I need another text color besides the two text colors I have chosen under colour config. It lets change the font per style shet but not the font clor.

The colors from the Xanthia admin are pulled into the theme in the header of home.htm and master.htm. If you delete the respective definitions there you can manually assign them within the stylesheet. -
