I've downloaded latest CVS Snapshot of pn.8 and I haven't found there Guppy (which was in MS1).
Instead of it I found pnForm.
I have the question therefore: is pnForm supposed to substitute for Guppy? Whether Guppy definitively did disappear from pn.8?

Guppy was used initially but Jorn has since updated the codebase to use pnForm. This is essentially the next generation of guppy.

Is it possible to find more information about pnForm somewhere? Above all whether it will work as as Guppy basing on xml or also pnForm will be integrated from pnRender? (as - I don't know how to name it - pnRender "subclass"?).

I can't provide any information on it at the moment as it's not something i've had chance to play with nor is there any information yet in the Developer Docs.
I'll ask Jorn if he can put a little something together in the Wiki.
