Newbie needs a simple "Stories published" block  Bottom

  • Hello!

    I am a newbie when it comes to postnuke (and most other computer related things). I have been Googli'n and searching this forum for a solution to my (most likely simple) problem, so I have indeed tried to find this out on my own before I decided to bug you guys. I also hope that this is the right forum to ask the question in.

    I have reasently installed PostNuke (0.7.6.2) and I love it! It is simple and perfect for what I am using it for. What I would want though is a simple white small block on the frontpage (like under the main menu to the left) that says how many stories I have published. I have seen that there is a indeed a function for this already build it, and it says "Stories published: 56" but I would like this to be on the frontpage. I am doing a website about recepies so what I really would like it to say would be "Recepies published: 56". I am using the default theme ExtraLite.

    Can this be done and if yes please explain it to me in very simple language, I am not only a newb- I am also Swedish icon_wink

    Thanks
    //Roger
