I call myself fully reading your readme and doing everything that applied to me, but it doesn't work...well, at least not the way I want it to.

I got the tabbed block to show up, the titles and icons work fine, but the problem is there is no CSS or layout properties applied at all.

I use AutoTheme so I created the custom blocks and pointed them to the proper file in my theme directory to get the proper HTML from, just as I would any other block, but it just doesn't use it.
