I'm in need of an email automation system that is a bit more complex than any of the tools I have seen out there. I'm wondering if anyone on this board knows of a program that can do what I need or one that can be easily enhanced to do what I need.

Here's my requirements:
- Ability to send HTML formatted messages to a group. (This is standard I know, but wanted to get it out of the way).
- Ability to email to sub-groups within the complete list of clients. Email a seperate message to premium clients or new clients for example.
- Automatically pull email addresses from my PostNuke data base. When you register for an account in PostNuke, I want your email to be added to the list.
- Ability to set up an email schedule to automatically send messages based on a PostNuke registration date (this is the main feature I've never seen out there)
-- We want to have a set of emails (say 20 messages) that will send out weekly. Each client will receive a message per week based on their registration date. For example: If you just registered on our site in the past week, you will receive message 1, all clients that have been registered for 2 weeks will receive message 2 and so on for 20 weeks.


Any ideas out there?

Sounds like a custom module you need made. PN subgroups dont exist as well, believe me, i wish they did.

The closest thing I can think of is at http://dev.digitalgraal.net/

It allows you to set up email gateways to certain users and groups, but it works through phpbb2. There is a PostNuke version. As long as you have PNphpBB2 installed, it should work.
