Ok, I have a RSS feed set to show just 1 feed at a time, and I rearranged the table so that the title goes on the left, and the feed goes on the right. However, the RSS feed automatically puts a Horizontal Rule underneath the feed, even when there is just one, which makes it look ugly.

    Here's a screenshot of it:

Now, although it looks like I have two RSS feeds, it's really two different blocks put on top of eachother. What's relevant is that Horizontal Rule underneath each of the feeds on the right.

Does anyone know how to get rid of the Horizontal Rule? (I'm using AutoTheme if that matters).

Check the table, looks like that particular cell has a border on the bottom.

No it's not a border (not even sure if it's possible to have a border on just one side of a cell). It's definitely a horizontal rule . I'm pretty sure it's part of the PHP stuff (which I know nothing about) because there's no HTML evidence of the problem in the table itself.

Ahh... RSS being a newer module is self templated, you would find those in modules/RSS/pntemplates and rss_block_displayfeed.htm is the one your looking for.

To prevent problems with future upgrades you should not edit that file, but make a copy of it at themes/YourTheme/templates/modules/RSS/rss_block_displayfeed.htm so that it becomes part of your theme rather than a core change.
