Zikula Community

I am trying to use a PHP include script in my "add story" module. The final result is to have a seperate poll/survey for each article. I looked for a way to do this with the poll module, but couldnt find anything ... So I went with a different survey script, and it requires the "include" command.

Can anyone please help with adding a seperate survey to each article, either by the include command, or with the poll module.
