    I am running a Windows 2003 server. Install PHP-4.4.2 and mysql-4.1.20 but i couldn't even get it started.
    Below are the messages of the errors. I've already make all my folders and files writable but still get an Access denied. Someone can guide me thru?

    Use the right Database user name and password & make sure the user has permissions to create a database, ect.
