Blank screen when running index.php

    Hi I have installed everything correctly. When I try and run PostNuke with the following URL http://localhost/PostNuke/index.php Nothing happens. All I see is a BLANK SCREEN. no error message at all. I have tried to put echo() statement in the code and it shows all my echo's but nothing else. Can someone please help me?

    I run Windows XP with IIS.
