Hi,

I've successfully installed the forum add on you pointed me to and what a great little prog it is and so easy to install :o

Question is, can I restrict access to ceratin forums via password protection or making it invisible to all but a certain user group ??

sure - the forum is integrated into the PostNuke permission management. just take a look at the docs
if there are still open tasks feel free to join the (english) support forum located here

After a bit of trial and error I had just got the permissions sorted. I logged out to test my latest setting and now I'm getting a Blank Page - header and footer are there, just no body or any blocks. I tried to run admin.php but it just says I don't have permission.

I'm assuming that I've inadvertantly changed the global users .* permission.

How the heck can I get back in - I've tried re-uploading admin.php but no good. Is there an easy solution or do I have to start from scratch

check the PostNuke Swiss Army Knife tool from http://sf.net/projects/post-nuke to reset your permissions
