OK, I have checked all the files I could, and now that I am crosseyed, I will ask for help!

This is my first attempt at PHP (aside from testing out phpBB) and I am trying to teach myself what I can about it.

I am modifying "PostNuke" theme, and I have changed the color of a table row (or TD, or ?) - it's the one at the top with the "SEARCH" box...

A: How do I control the height of the row? (I would like the search box centered and the row about half the height it is now)
B: How (and where?) do I code a background image into this row as well as my header cells in my blocks :?:
