Well I tried to find an answer for this but could not. Isn't this version of PostNuke supposed to have a languages module inside the module dirtory???? Becuase mine doesn't and I have a lot of places on my site that have the _ before almost every word, especially in my new blocks area.

Ah nvm I fixed it, I was missing the tabblock.php in the includes/language/blocks/eng folder

No.
There is a language directory at root. And the individual modules (AddStory, Admin, etc) have language modules.
You might start by re-uploading the root language directory...
