Odd users, bouncing emails

    I have been getting odd users that register with a bad email address. The password email bounces and I get notified. I look at each user and they always have their bad email in teh real and fake email field. Also, they add a web site link and ICQ address. When I get these I kill teh web link and ICQ address in the bad user's profile. Some of these bad users email address end in .ru and others are casino related. What are these people up to and is the site at risk?
