I went into settings and disable the site, I want to enable again but it just says site disable, there is nothing for me to type in my admin password, nothing at all, what do i do???

Download Swiss Army Knife from the Downloads section. Upload it to root in your PostNuke distribution and point your browser at it. It will let you re-enable your site.
Then remember to remove Swiss Army Knife from your site.
