Hi guys, new at this stuff and yes stupid to! I run an internet radio station and trying to set up my site with post nuke, what files need to be edited, and how would I set up a registration box for users to register?

First read the docs in the docs directory, then try it. Both of your questions make it obvious that you have done neither.

If you run into problems then, come back... actually come back and tell how you made out anyways
