Proper syntax to call a core/html block from within a core/menu block

I'd like to add a core/menu option that will call a core/html block when people click on it. Being a newby, I'm not sure what the proper syntax is in the URL column for the core/menu table definition. To call any other block you simply put [BlockName]; this is not working for me. Thoughts?

I don't believe you can call a block that way.
Assuming that what you wish to do is present some static HTML, the first options to consider would include using the htmlpages module (not block) or using sections - both of which you can call from the Main Menu.

Thanks pheski. Let me take another try at the question:
If I can call a section from the the menu, then I would like to embed in a section a tabbed block. I'm using Nathan Welch's tabbedblock module. I guess my question is how to invoke the tabbedblock from within the section.
