I have not understand how uploading a small testing portal I have already done into my PC to a web hosting server.
Also I have not understand how CMS works. I mean does it works like the statics HTML pages? Do I need to make all pages ready to my PC and after upload them or is enought to buy some space into a provider which has postnuke support and do it everything from scratch from the web?
In addition do you know any webhosting provider supporting postnuke and also with a good documentation (step by step guide) about postnuke hosting?

Welcome.
PostNuke works by using PHP modules and scripts as a front end and storing information (content and style/configuration) parameters in a MySQL database. It then generates pages for the user's browser on the fly.
While you can incoporate static HTML files into your site, the main thrust of CMS systems is to avid building a site based on large numbers of static files.
To use PN, you need a host that supports PHP and MySQL. You start by creating an empty database on your host ISP, then uploading the PN files to your web space, then running install to configure the site and the connection to the database.
Then the fun begins: you can start changing styles, adding content, adding modules.
A starting point for learning about how to install and use it, what the host requirements are, and what it can do is the user documentation wiki.

Thanks
I don't mean to incorporate static HTML pages. I mean't that the static HTML website must firstly be made fully functioning and after uploading. Do I need to make the same to my postnuke project or just to make an empty database after do everything on the internet? -

With PostNuke (and any other CMS) you must first create an empty database and install the PostNuke framework on your host/ISP.
Then you use PN to push content into the database.

Hi
The empty database must be constructed into my PC or directly on the web server which it will be hosted?
So once the Postnuke is installed on the server do I need to use any more Postnuke locally on my PC?
I have not understand how generally Postnuke works.
What exactly jobs must be done into my PC and what on the server.
I'm writing what I have undestand and please correct me.
I install into my PC
Apache, PHP, mysql, after all of them are functioning correctly I install Postnuke.
After what I can do or what is better to do?
Do I add some content to my portal and make ftp to a postnuke server?
I dont put any content locally and I will add it directly on the server?
I put everytime content locally and I make ftp to the postnuke server exactly as the same way I was used to do with the old fashion way with static HTML websites?

Installing Apache, MySQL and PN on your local machine is a nice low-risk way to play with PN and test things before you put them into production, but otherwise it has nothing to do with your public live install.
You create a MySQL database on your server, you upload (ftp) the PostNuke files, you run install.php to configure your installation on the server. Then you add content directly to your PN on your server.
This is not like the system with static HTML sites where you create pages on your local machine and upload these finished pages.

So I don't need to make a local install before making public live install.
I have undestand now that All the work is done on the internet.
But in some tutorials I have read that I need to make an ftp from my PC to the webhost. So in that case the local instalation is important. Am I right?
Also you suggested me to upload postnuke files.
So the local installation is important because I need all the postnuke files.
So why you told that the local installation has nothing to do with the live installation If in any case I need to upload the postnuke files to hostserver?
And something else
Do you know any webhosting servers for making postnuke cheap and good service.
Also I would appreciate if you can find me a tutorial for uploading and installing and doing the job well. -

You do not need a local installation in order to upload things.
You download the PN compressed files from the Downloads section on this site. (LKook at the menu on the left.) If you have shell access you can upload the tarball and explode it on your host. If not, you either ftp the zip file and unzip it on the host or your unzip it on your PC and then ftp the files up to your site.
All the postnuke files you need are in the postnuke .762 download. You do not have to build anyting or do anything to them. Just unpack and upload, or upload and unpack.
I get the feeling you have not downloaded .762 and carefullly read the installation instructions in the docs folder?
You could search these forums for discussions of hosts. You could use Google to look for hosts. You could use on-line reviews to compare hosts.

Also I would appreciate if you can find me a tutorial...
Folks here are happy to help people, but this is Open Source software and the folks on this forum are volunteers and the expectation is that everyone does their best to help themselves.
There are folks who will do installs for you (for a fee). Or you could search here for tutorials.

So firstly
I download the last version of Postnuke
Postnuke-0[1].762.zip and Postnuke-0[1].762_patch.zip I make unzip and extract all of them in one directory on my PC.
After I make an ftp to my ISP/host. Am I right?
Do my ISP/host needs to have Postnuke support or not? -

Is it necessary to my ISP/host to have Postnuke support.
Or any ISP/host server which has PHP and mysql support is ok
for me to make my Postnuke portal. And what about greek character set support?
Would I have any problem? -

First go here and read in the Wiki documentation for information on ISP requirements regarding PHP, MySQL, server characteristics and for information about the general installation process.
You could also go here to download some PN documentation.
Then download the latest stable release, currently 0.762 (you do not need the patch - that is incoporated in 0.762 and is meant for those who are at .761) and unpack it on your PC.
Then read carefully several times the install directions in docs in the unpacked 0.762.
Then follow the instructions.
I have no experience with Greek character support, but a quick Search (which apparently you haven't tried) suggests that it exists.

Is it ok giving
PHP and mysql and CPanel supported services
or I have to ask something more.
Or diffrently speaking what exactly ask from them?

CPanel is not required. You just need some way to get the files uploaded. I prefer to upload a .zip or .tar file, since it's compressed and a lot faster to upload one file, rather than 1,500 of them. However, if you do this, you have to have a way to decompress the files, either through shell access or an interface like CPanel. So while CPanel can be handy, you don't have to have it.
