phpNuke modules can work on postnuke?

Almost certainly no. PHPNuke modules tend to be a collection of ugly hacks, since PHPNuke doesn't have a proper API. PostNuke has moved a very long way from its PHPNuke origins since the project forked 4 years ago.
While I would highly recommend you switch to PostNuke, you're going to have to find replacement modules that work in PostNuke. What exactly do you require?

huh..if module like this heve for postNuke I will drop all CMS not only phpNuke...;)
I have module for Video Gallery...rate video...comment video..category for video...most viewed..top rated..:)
Plz if you have some solution for that..but no! copermine..
