I have a 'for pay' set-up PN project, where is the best forum to post the specs, and what is the going rate to set up a classifieds site?
The org doing this is a not-for-profit, but understands some money needs to be paid.

Appreciate the interest, but they do not need a basic PN site, they need a working classifieds site. (User configurable of course.) Whoever does this will have to be able to show they have one up and running, or set up a demo.
