My posts here are pretty much all 4 hours later than they *really* are. I am going to post this at about 1:20 PM 5/3/2006. It will say ~ 5:20 PM.
However, my edit times are correct. (And therefore I am usually editing a post several hours before I post that same post.) I will edit this after I post it for demonstration purposes.
(Edit here just to show that edit time is earlier than post time.)
Confusing.
But I also wonder if that is why the 'New posts since your lst visit' function doesn't seem to be working for me?
