I am having trouble getting EBM to work with the open-star
installation of postnuke. I followed through all the install
instructions but the blocks admin screen remains unchanged...
Any help would be appreciated!

For what it's worth, I am successfully running the EBM 2.2 with Openstar 4.02. I haven't yet encountered any problems, and as I recall the installation went smoothly. I think you'll want to double-check that all the file replacements the EBM calls for have been accomplished. If any one of the substitutions are not done, the EBM won't work.
