  Hi Guys,
  
  I apologise if this has been covered, looked everywhere and can't find the answer.
  
  I am trying to make a dropdown list to all of the bookmakers listed on my site (www.freebetguide.com).
  
  The site uses the books module, so the names are stored in my database (postnuke) under books, book title.
  
  Any know how this can be done?
