  I was wondering if there have been any updates on the anticipated release date of 0.80.
  
  If I recall correctly it was slated to be released by the end of last summer. Version 0.762 included a lot of very nice improvements, so 0.80 has to be pretty remarkable. Certainly, it's difficult judging stuff like this, but is there a timeframe we can expect a release in?
  
  Anyways, just curious. Thanks for listening to an otherwise redundant question :)

  We haven't specified a release date for .8 at any point, as it's too hard to make any concrete timelines. I will however be publishing an article on the changes made to CVS in the past few months, while outlining how much further we have to go before a release.

  I'm curious as well and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I'm not really looking for a date, but just a general idea I understand that you guys can't give us specifics, but do you guys (meaning the devs) think 8 will be released by the end of the year?

  Here's an outline of the curre…tage of development. We're a lot to closer milestone 2 than milestone 1...
