  Is there around a modul that will let the administrator or moderators add user information like this:
  
  *****************
  Navn:
  Fødselsdato:
  Passnummer:
  Start dato:
  Skole:
  Rank:
  
  Værges navn:
  Mobil tlf.:
  e-mail:
  Adresse:
  ******************´
  
  And be able to choose for instance all who have a certain Rank and mail them, Or be able to choose only the names and their e-mail addresses.
  
  If the above doesnt exist, is there a way to be able to list the members of a club in that way?

  I don't know what the fields are that you want, but you can add new fileds to the user data. Goto admin, system tab, users module admin, dynamic user data, add fields.
  
  Not sure if that's what you want, but take a look. For the email stuff, you probably need another module which allows you to email groups.
