I have installed PNForums, and with the exception of linking in the pn_bbclick module (which did not exist) everything seems to be working except for the fat that new posts are not getting mailed out to the two test users.
I have checked the settings, and have tried toggling subscribe/unsubscribe to forum on and off to no avail.
Any ideas?

Just to be sure, you are subscribing to the forum and not the topics, right? Also, was wondering how long you were waiting before switching back and forth from subscribe to unsubscribe, maybe you need to wait a day or so and keep posting, that way you know they aren't getting there for sure. And, recheck the email addresses that are entered.
I don't know too much about it, but that's what I would check first. -

It doesn't mail to the poster, and I had mistyped one of the addresses!
Always check the power cord first....
