I need to chane the links of Forums and get rid of the Contact link but I do not know how to do this. I have tried many times to no success. How do I do this?
Also, do I need software like Adobe Photoshop to change the Xenon Designs title on the logo?

The links should be defined in root/themes/Seriestech_GII/lang/eng/global.php. To remove the contact link, you will need to manipulate the template files, which may require some graphics adjustments (see below). That theme has alot of graphics rather than text for links and such, as I recall.
For the graphics, the original author included PSD (Photoshop) files so the graphics could be altered. So to answer your question, yes, you would need Photoshop to alter them. -

Paint Shop will do some editing of PSD files... Yes, I use Paint Shop, but it is a legal copy ;)
