I have installed my PN on my server
And it works very good!!
But now my server has changed the users and pass in my phpAdmin so what must I do to modify the conf file!
Ive opend the config and there has been hashed the user and pas!?

Yes, it's base64 encoded. Just encode your new username / password using one of the online tools or the PostNuke Swiss Army Knife and replace the values.
