In the manual.txt is says delete ALL files. Does this mean ALL files realted to PostNuke only? Does my images folder need deleting too?

First backup, then backup again. If you do that then you will not have to worry about what you delete and don't because you have a backup 8).

But yes, clear the PN directory entirely to upgrade, once successful then start reinserting your custom themes, images, third party modules etc.

If you can, do a mock setup of your site as is and practice it out first to avoid uneccassary downtime.

(I'm a really new newbie. Thanks in advance for even reading this, much less a reply.)

I have 0.75 is one folder. I have 0.761 in a parallel folder.
The databases for the 0.75 site are "over there" somewhere.
I can launch the INSTALL.PHP file and answer those questions
to get 0.761 installed. What do I need to move from the 0.75 folder tree? Will 0.761 execute with languages and modules I added to
0.75 or do I need updates to these as well?
