I am using the Seriestech_GII and I need to make some changes to it, change the title and slogan in the logo picture, change the Forum link, and deleting the Contact link. I have Dreamweaver and Adobe Photoshop 7. Thanks in advance. -

Well, you seem to some expensive tools (maybe they fell off a truck)....???
Anyway, I amsume that you have an HTML based theme (autotheme/xanthia)
Well you can look at your source code from your theme when it is in the browser and just find where the images and links are located relative to your theme folder. Edit those. The image file, and the master/theme.html or respective block (dot HTML) depending on its location in your theme.
If you are asking how to change those things with DW and PS, you have a long way to go... You need to learn so basic HTML and Photoshop has a high learning curve, there are way simpler image editors...
