Hey gang,
I am curious about security...
this is my intention:
I have a band, I run a website for a band. By run, I mean I host and slapped something quick in HTML together... as my fee is free minus a tshirt and I am the cool dork that runs their site...
Anyways,
I want to put 2 frames a small uptop that can play music (stream) and switch it, and the larger the postnuke site... for the small frame.. just some HTML with a plugin to use whatever the browser uses to handle music. I do not want to use a pop up js window or any popup for that fact... so don't try to steer me that way...
Anyway should I have any security concerns using iframe outside the postnuke...
The lead in page would allow dial ins to select it without the music frame.. or with..

Hi Dave,
Could you explain why you're thinking of using an IFrame? A regular frame I can understand; no need to refresh, so the music plays on when you navigate in the main-frame (no pun intended
)
So why go for an IFrame?
In case you meant normal frames, I don't see any particular security problems with that.
