Amazone - Change title bar

If you are running PostNuke .761 there is nothing to do for the product name to appear in the title bar even with non Xanthai themes thanks to the Header_Footer module.
Update I relalized the version you can download from the NOC (even using NOC CVS) didn't had that feature so the title was included only if pnTitleHack was installed. So I commited the change.
For this to work out of the box with PostNuke .761 even without TitleHack, you need the lastest versions of index.php and functions.php files from the AmaZone CVS

It's a lot better to download all files because I corrected quite a lot of bugs !!
Using a CVS client like Tortoise downloading will be a lot easier !!
