Hi from Spain,
In my new project I need to add a FORUM, WEB SHOP, and multi site capability, what modules would people recommend.
What forum is this one we are on? this is quite good. In the web shop I don’t need something drastically complicated we are only 4 workers so we don’t need all these different departments!!

I have no experience with online commerce and cannot comment on that.
There are really 2 forum options.
This forum is PNphpBB2 (look at the logo on the bottom of the page) whose latest version requires 4 patches to be secure. Their site is down more than up (apparently a Name Server and/or host issue) which can make getting the module/patches and support problematic.
pnforum is the other option. Given the current issues with the PNphpBB site, I cannot recommend their forum, though I have it installed on a site (fully patched) and like it. I have pnForum on two other sites for the reasons I've given - and it works just fine for me.

there are 2 options for commerce: pncommerce and PayPalCart.
i personally use pncommerce, i have used PayPalCart in the past, but that was long ago and i;m sure it has alot more featured now, but i dont know about it
