Type Tool not working...

I am using PN .761, Type Tool does not seem to work. I initialized, activated, enabled it on, activated the HTML tags in Settings. When submitting an article, the Visual Mode pops up, allows me to edit in visual mode, but after saving the article, I get the raw HTML tags.
I am using an Xanthia theme, is there somewhere I need modify to get the Type tool to work?
