I have a very simple HTML table that I want to be able to sort by clicking on the column header. I can find a lot of ways to do this using Java Script but I am not sure how to, or if if I can, implement this in Postnuke and AutoTheme. Is there anyway to do this?

If you want to use something like this you would have to add a script tag to the header.
Here's a post over at spidean.mckenzies.net that describes how you could add javascript to a template.
