Is there a module/block/hack that can let me see what my members are doing/reading/downloading in real time? Similar to Bloodhound but more involved and for admin only. Also the option to kick users too if they are downloading my whole site or if they stay as "unknown" for to long.

for Bloodhound u can make it admin only with permissions,
i cant help you with those other options though -

I have bloodhound but it doesn't tell you WHAT they are doing. Just what area or module they are using.
