  Hi,
  I have upgraded to PN 0.761 and installed the new 'working' version of pnESP. The install, initialize activate etc. went smooth. Here are some problems I am having.
  
  1. When creating new survey - anytime I come back to "General" -> "Description" tab, the name of the survey changes back to 'Survey_copy'
  
  2. It seems to create new survey and adds to the lists of surveys, however when I try to edit existing survey from "Management" it again goes back to 'Survey_copy' rather than taking me to the survey I want to edit.
  
  3. Even when I try to edit this 'Survey_copy' survey, and try to add a question I get this "[ Sorry, that name is already in use. ] " error message and cannot proceed with adding a question.
  
  4. While creating a new survey, when I try to add a new question and select a question type - say check box, the srcreen refreshes and the "Type" field still shows 'Text Box' in it.
  
  5. The questions some how get added and I can view them by clicking the "Order" tab and also I see the questions added in the corresponding tables. However the dropdown list "Edit Question" does not show the questions, instead it always shows 'section 1', 'question1' and 'question2'
  
  Looks like I am going to encounter more issues but for now I would appreciate if anyone can help me out resolve these.
