HI I couldn't access Postnuke.com all day until now - strangly enough I was just starting to do traceroutes, and pings to see if the were was something down (I thought the interent was setup to handle this) in between and then bang I could access again..

Was down all day for me today.
It has also been timing out alot lately, seems at least 4 or 5 times a day the site times out for me.

Yes I have been noticing delays and non-connects quite a bit. Well there's money coming in now from the pixels and google which could cover a fast dedicated server..
[edit]Maybe Drak could give us some feedback about the outage - actually I am not sure what postnuke is hosted on at the moment and truthfully I am connecting from brasil so there is a lot of carriers between me and hostnuke so the problem might be my connection. I say this becuase I managed to connnect from a annonymous web browser hosted in the US so I think a node could have been down.

It's not just today though and not a DNS issue either most of the time.
I can be browsing the forums here and click a link and it hangs, try to reply sometimes and wait 30 seconds or more for it to post etc etc.

I've not personally noticed a problem (not saying there isn't one though....) with the main sites and I know that Drak does a great job providing us with (at last count) 3 servers to support the project.
I know i've observed some oddities in the past around 9am GMT but this was down to the backup of postnuke.com and my timing at looking at the site.....

Something is certainly screwy. The server times out alot and is very slow at other times. Maybe its just my imagination, but I don't have trouble with any other servers that I know are runnng on dedicated boxes.
