Theme works with IE but not with Firefox  Bottom

  • Hi!

I have downloaded and modified a theme called "corporate" to match my requirements. Everything works fine in IE. And also with Firefox except one small detail.

I use the swedish caracter set which includes Å, Ä, Ö, å, ä and ö. When I enter one of these caracters in the headline field of the article, and browse to the article the headline will display squares instead of the special caracters?
However, the article title on the start page will not display these squares?!

I have tried to enter control caracters with the ASCII-code for that specific caracter. That eliminated the aquares in the headline but instead you would see the control caracters in the article link in the right block of the main page.

    Have a look at www.euren.no-ip.com.

    Regards Mats
  • I guess you'll have to use XHTML characters...

    ex
    Auml; Ouml; etc....

  • Hey Matseu, I just looked at your site and either you fixed it or it wasn't broken to begin with.

Could you let us know what you did?
  • Yes please do. I'm still trying to find out why my site shows right menu blocks in Firefox but not in IE.
