Can't retreive lost password

Hi, I also have another issue when user click on forgot the password link, than it prompt for there username and password, I had enter that. Than about 20 second I got an confirmation code dfs23 on the email. I had re-enter my username and confirmation code again, got another email but no password. It just send me another email with same confirmation code.
What I have done, I went to deactivate/ Inialize and activate under " Module" for lost Password but still got the same issue.
OS: Windows 2003
POSTNUKE: 7.23 and will upgrade to 7.6 soon.

You need to fill in all the info when you get your confirmation code, username, email and conf code.

Simon, I have done that and got the same email with confirmation. I had done that almost 10 time but no password sent.
The user account 'timmy' at KHMERCLUB.ORG has this e-mail associated
with it. A user from 69.X.X.X has just requested a confirmation code
to change the password.

Hmm, well best upgrade then, I don't have an install of .723 to debug the problem with.
