Can anyone suggest a good "Contact Us" module that's compatible with v 0.7.6 of PostNuke? I'd greatly appreciate it!

Formicula is one I've used on 760, although that is a bit complicated if your not comfortable messing with files and templates. With Formicula you can make up as many different forms as you want using templates. If you get version from the NOC site you can even have a doc upload in a form.
