I to all, I very like the Navigation Module used on posnuke.com Home Page:

and i will be very happy to use it on my site... but I do not found it on pnModules section!
Where can I found it to download?

its just something that was hacked together a long time ago and its its not available for download. It is though extremely easy to replicate using xanthia, the blank module, and a few blocks. I do it myself all the time.
