I am using PostNuke 0.750 on Freebsd 5.4, Mysql 4.1.3, PHP 4-4.4.0 and Apache 2.0.54_2.

I had some problems with the database module (couldn't recall what problem). So I uninitialised the module and removed its folder from /pn/modules on my server.

I then downloaded database1.0.zip from http://www.chucksteel.com/postnuke/. unzipped it and put it in /pn/modules.

After that, I went to Administration -> Modules and did a Regenerate.

But when I clicked on Initialize, I got this error:

Table creation failed.

Can anybody advise what went wrong.

The strange thing is that I could do exactly the same thing on another server - which is almost identical except its is using Mysql 4.1.4 instead of 4.1.3 (I don't think this matters anyway, right?).
