My suggestion: In the regular PostNuke archive that is created, there should be a README.txt file that is included in both (A) the archive's root directory and (B) in the "docs" subdirectory.
This README.txt file could be as simple as just a single sentence telling the user to read "docs/manual.txt", but it'd save newbies from having to hunt around.
